Poverty in Dallas has persisted in the face of enormous growth. Our youth facing poverty issues already have a difficult time seeing beyond their current circumstances and into a brighter future.
Combined with the recent challenges presented by remote learning, loss of social connections and physical distancing all make it nearly impossible for young men to imagine a future past this " new normal".
We need your help brightening the futures of our young men and future leaders of tomorrow. Help them adjust their appearance to connect with who they are on the inside. A fresh and clean set of clothes, a clean pair of socks or a new pair of shoes can mean a world of difference to a child in need.
Here's how you can help:
Drop off location
There is an ongoing need for new clothing and shoes for several young men living in the Dallas communities. Due to the current health crisis, we are unable to accept used items at this time.
We accept:
- New clothes in Male Youth sizes ages 6yo - 18yo
- Toiletries and essential items for young men. ( Shampoo, Shaving products, Lotion, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Body wash, Body spray, Bar soap, Hair brush, Chap stick, Hand sanitizer, Sanitizing wipes, Deodorant, etc. )
- Gift cards to purchase new items.
Contactless drop off is available at one of our distribution locations.
